In recent years, our diligent and dedicated Board of Directors, proactive management team, and exceptional Resident Manager have collectively worked towards achieving energy efficiency and savings. As a result of their strategic vision and tireless efforts, we have attained an “A” energy score. This achievement highlights our unwavering commitment to sustainability, innovation, and responsible energy usage. Together, we are driving positive change and creating a greener, more sustainable future for our community.

Our cogeneration equipment, also known as combined heat and power (CHP), was installed in 2022. This equipment simultaneously generates electricity and thermal energy from a single energy source -- natural gas. CHP provides various benefits including increased energy efficiency, cost savings, reduced environmental impact, reliable power supply, reduced grid demand, and access to incentives and rebates.

Our recent renovation of the lobby and hallways was designed to be not only visually appealing but also functional. The design incorporates contemporary lighting solutions and state-of-the-art furniture. For example, the lighting creates an atmosphere that is both welcoming and practical, providing ideal lighting levels for different times of the day. This project reflects our desire to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment at the forefront of design and technology trends.

The redesign and installation of a full-size canopy over the circular driveway is a significant enhancement, ensuring seamless access to the building regardless of weather conditions and providing safe and comfortable entry and egress for residents and visitors.
