Location
Our building is located on East End Avenue, directly opposite Gracie Mansion. We are just a two-minute walk to the East 90th Street ferry, providing a scenic commute to midtown, Wall Street and Queens. The Q train station on 86th Street is a short ten-minute walk away. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the Lexington Avenue/86th Street Station to access the 4, 5 and 6 trains. The M31 bus and M86 Crosstown bus are one block away on York Avenue.

Parks
Carl Schurz Park is conveniently across the street. The park includes a large playground, sports facilities, two dog runs and beautiful views of the East River. Central Park is a 25 minute walk away.
Schools
All Yorkville schools are highly rated. Area private schools include The Caeman School, Brearley, The Chapin School, St. Stephan of Hungary, St Ignatius-Loyola, Trevor Day School, St. Joseph's, and the Ramaz School. There are also a number of pre-schools in the neighborhood.
